West Palm Beach VA Medical Center


The West Palm Beach VA Medical Center opened its doors June 26, 1995 and provides primary and secondary level health care to eligible Veterans in a seven-county area along Florida's Treasure Coast. Comprehensive services include medical, surgical and psychiatric inpatient care and outpatient services in each specialty. In addition, extended care services offer community residential care, adult day health care, respite and hospice in addition to nursing home care. The West Palm Beach facility operates six Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Okeechobee, Stuart, Fort Pierce, and Vero Beach. Two rural clinics in Clewiston and Moore Haven were opened in 2015. A Post Combat Trauma Clinic with adjacent expanded services is located in Port St. Lucie. State-of-the-art equipment and professional employees dedicated to patient-centered care distinguish this facility as first class.
